RESOLUTION NO. "- 417
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTMUMIENT FOR BIDS
WEST BRANCH 3RD ADDITION - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO, 415
WHBRBAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on October 17, 1994 the
City's Consulting Engineer, has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement
of Went Blanch 3rd Addition by the construction of 32 foot wide 7 ton bituminous
streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and watermain, and
has presented such plana and specifications to the Council for approval;

1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which Is attached how and
made a put hereof, are hereby approved. (on file in the Engineering Dept.)
2. The City Clerk shall prepares and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Conshuction Bulletin an advertisement for bila upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plana and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify
the work to be done, aball state that bids will be received by the City
Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on August 9, 1995 at which time they will be
publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Cuter
building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City
Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid
bocci or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the
amount of such bid.
Adopted by the City Council on July 18, 1995.
