MUCING SITE V*MOVEMMNT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION / FINGERHUT CORPORATION(%%)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the final plaWplat and resolutions 94-410 dt 94-411
approved on August 01. 1994, for Opus Corporation, developer of Fingerhut
Corpondon MM), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site imps and the
following deficiencies remain:
Completion of trash enclosure, sod/seed landscape tnstallatbn, and submitbd of
Aa -Built utility plans to the Engineering Department.
and;
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the fmancial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
( NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a reduction of the Bond which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Fingerhut Corporation in Bass Creek Office Park to the niaw amount of $30,000.00.
