WH 3RBAS, Scheftr Partnership Propertias has requested approval of a Residential
Planned Unit Development Plan Concept Plan for the development of approximately
18.5 acres located south of Old Rockford Road at 41st Pune North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public
Informational Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, T[WWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TH 3 CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Residential Planned Unit Development Plan Concept Plan for the development of
approximately 18.5 acres located south of Old Rockford Road at 41st Place North,
subject to the following conditions:
1. Maximum number of dwelling units approved is 9.
2. The Concept Plan provides for a density of 1.16 units based on zero bonus
points.
3. Lots 2 and 3 shall be designed to meet the standard wetland buffer requirements
as shown on Exhibit A dated June 23, 1995.
Adopted by the City Council on July 18, 1995.
