wHHREAS , pumm to a resolution of the Coundl adopted July 11, 1995 a report has
been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Hickory Hills
Villas Addition by the insbilation of ornamental residential street lights and this report
was rived by the Coumcil on July 11, 1995.
NOW. IMWFORE, BE IT HMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE C3TY OF • u •
1. Toe City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of rd property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Councll
resolution adopted July 11, 1995. The petitioners have waived their
( right to a public haring.
3. ne City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
