CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 401
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 15 AND FINAL
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD FROM 54TH AVENUE TO
SCHMIDT LANE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
VMMEAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Edward Kraemer and Sona. Inc., as
contractor, have entered into an agreement for street and utility improvements on
Northwest Boulevard from 54th Avenue to Schmidt lake Road, City Project No. 205,
said agreement being dated April 23, 1993; and
WHBRBAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment.

I. That the original contract amount was $2,423,406.50. Throe (3) change
orders were approved in the amount of $199,655.25 and the value of the
work to date is $2,512,455.99 and is herewith approved.

2. That the work performed by the contractor for Northwest Boulevard
Street and Utility Improvements and certified to the Council by the
engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the
engineer as acceptable from the contract except as to the conditions of
the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required
guarantees and correcdon of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 15 and Final in the amount of $25,124.56 to
Edward Kraemer and Sons, Inc. for Northwest Boulevard Street and
Utility Improvements is hereby approved and the City Finance Director
is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
