RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 399
REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 10TH ADDITION (93067)
WH OMAS, in accordance with the development contract dated July 12, 1993, Laukka-WiWams Padders
Lake, developer of Parkers Lake North 10th Addition - Ashburn Ana (93067), has agreed to install
certain improvements for said development; and
VMM AS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WEMM S, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the required financial guarantee for the following items per Section
S.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows:
Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment
Control Plan Street Sweeping and Storm
Sewer Cleaning (See Grading Permit No. 54682
for required financial guarantee)
Cash: $19000 $-0-
Letter of Credit: $23,000 $-0-
