REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE
PARKEItS LASE NORTH ITU ADDITION (42071)
WiiBRSAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 230 1992, I.aukka-Williams
Pukers Lake, developer of Parkers Labe North 8th Addition (92071), has agreed to install certain
improvements for said development; and
WIIffitBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;
