REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUS
SAVANNAH ADDITION (93112)
WHffitBAS, in accordance with the development contract dated June 22, 1994, Lundgrea Bros.
Construction, Inc. , developer of Savannah Addition (93112), has agreed to instill certain impmvements
for said development; and
WHBRBAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the
completed work;
That the required financial jp.�3rantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $197,148 to
! $146,882 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 13279 may he reduced accordingly.
