RELEASING SITE EMMOVEM NT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
I.AUKKA WILLIAMS/PARRERS LAKE 9TH ADD.(ASHBURNEW06 )
LOTS 1-79 BLOCS 1, AND LOTS 1 tit 20 BLOCK 2
W]EMUTAS, in accordance with the final plan/plat and development contract resolution
93-445A & 93445B approved on August 02, 1993, for Laukka Williams, developer of
Parkers Lake 9th Addition (93067), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
aid development; and
W1Ei1 UWj the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability ;
and
WkE REAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, TIiMWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNaL OF
'ITIS CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the C.D. which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for Partners
Lake 9th Addition Lots 1-7, Block 1, and Lots 1 & 2, Block 2. (Ashburn) in the
amount of $35,309.50.
