RESOLUTION 93. 387
RELEASING SITE IMMOVEMEgT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LAUKKA WEULMMSMARKERS LASE 10TH ADD.(ASHBURNE)(93"
LOTS 8,9,10 AND 11, BLOCS 1
WHEREAS, in accordance with the final phm/plat and development contract resolution
93-445A dt 93-j45B approved on August 02, 1993, for Laukka Williams, developer of
Padwra Lake 10th Addition (93067), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability ;
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC11. OF
THE CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, bHNNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a relax of the C.D.s which were submitted to guarantee site improvements for
Farm Lake 10th Addition Lots 08 109, 10 dt 11, Block 1 (Ashburue) in the amount
of $94,728.00.
