RESOLUTION 93 - 386
RuxASiNG SITE v#APROVEmENT pIItFORMANCE GUARANTEE
TOLL COMPANY (93133)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment Resolution 94643 approved
on October 17, 1994, for Toll Company, (93133)0 the developer has agreed to install
certain site improvements for said development; and
WHERI A.v, the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability >
and
VMMEAS, upon notice. from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY MM C1Ty COUNCEL OF
THE CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Savings Account which was submitted to guarantee site improvements
for 7bll Company in the amount of $1,000.00.
