RESOLUTION B9S- 385
DENYING VARIANCE REQUEST OF DON MYRON AND
MICHAEL HERRICK, 525 QUANTICO LANE NORTH
AND ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECISION
WHEREAS, Don Myron and Michael Herrick have requested approval of a
variance of the required front yard setback of 25 feet, in order to allow the construction
of a new single -family dwelling, for a property, legall%t described as Lot 16, Block 3,
Parket s Lakeside 2nd Addition (305 Quantico Lane North) and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals has reviewed said
request at a duly called public hearing and voted to deny the request. Applicants have
appealed the denial.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CTFY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby
does deny the request for a variance of the required front yard setback of 25 feet in order
to allow the construction of a new single family dwelling based on its Findir,gb rif Fact
and Decision which are hereby adopted,
