RESOLUTION 95-384
-DENYING APPLICATION OF RYAN CONSTRUCTION FOR
AN LIMED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELINZINARY
PLAN, PUD FINAL SITE PLAN, CONDITIONAL USE
PERMTr AND LOT DIVISION FOR TCF BANK
AND ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECISION
WHEREAS, Ryan Construction has. requested an Amended Planned Unit
Development Preliminary Plan, PUD Final Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and Lot
Division for TCF Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby
does deny the request for an Amended Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan, PUD
Final Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit and Lot Division for TCF Bank based on its
Findings of Fact and Decision which are hereby adopted.
Adopted by the City Council this 11th day of July, 1995.
