RESOLUTION 95- 382
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
AMENDMENT FOR INSPEC, INC FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17305 -19TH
AVENUE NORTH (95049)
WHEREAS, Inspec, Inc has requested approval of a Site Plan Amendment and
Conditional Use Permit Amendment to allow expansion of the north parking lot for
improved truck maneuverability to the building at ISD #284 (Wayzata) Central Services
Facility, 17305 -19th Avenue North; as legally described on attached Exhibit A, and,
WIiEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does opprove
the request by Inspec, Inc for a Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit
Amendment to allow expansion of the north parking lot for improved truck
maneuverability to the building at ISD #284 (Wayzata) Central Services Facility,
17305 -19th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for expansion of the north parking lot for improved truck
maneuverability to the building, pursuant to the application received on May 21,
1995 and the revised site plan received on June 8, 1995.
2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
3. Compliance with the Tree Preservation Policy, including replacement of trees
outside the graJing limits that are destroyed or damaged as a result of the project.
4. Submission of required Financial Guarantee and Site Improvement Performance
Agreement for completion of site improvements within twelve months of the date
of this Resolution.
5. The expansion area shall be striped for no parking, and shall be utilized only as a
truck maneuvering area.
6. Compliance with Resolution 82-376, except as amended by this resolution.
7. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
B. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approval.

Commencing at a point in East line of West 1/2 of Southwest 114 distance 410
feet South from Northeast corner thereof; thence South along said East line to
the center line of County Road No. 6; thence Westerly along said center line
100.48 feet; theme North parallel with said East line 326.85 feet; thence
Westerly at right angles 425 feet; theme South at right angles to the center line
of said road; theme Westerly along said center line to the West line of
Southwest 1/4; thence North to a point distance 143.82 feet South from
Northwest corner thereof; thence at an angle to the right of 77 degrees 22
minutes to an intersection with a line parallel with and 66 feet South from a line
