RESOLUTION 95 - 380
APPROVING LOT DIVISIONMOT CONSOLIDATION FOR SCH AMM AND
SNYDER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 12405 AND 12415 RAVBNWOOD
ROAD (95073)
WHEREAS, an application has been Mod by Schramm and Snyder which requests
approval of a Lot Division/Lot Consolidation to divide and consolidate two parcels of
land generally located at 12405 and 12415 Ravenwood Road, as legally described on
Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and
Wii1 REAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division/Consolidation Is
sougrd is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a
part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the Lot DivisiontUt
Consolidation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
t THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Division/Lot Consolidadon subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo.
2. Submittal of required drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing of the Lot Division/Lot Consolidation.

Lot 10, Block 1, Gleanloch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Lot 11, Block 1, Gleanloch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

Lot 10, Block 1, Gleanloch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except that part which lies westeey of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 10 distant 15.00 feet
easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence northerly to the
northwest comer of said Lot 10 and said there terminating.
Lot 11, Block 1, Gleanloch Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, and that part of Lot 10 of said Block 1 which lies westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 10 distant 15.00 feet
easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence northerly to the
northwest corner of said Lot 10 and said there terminating.
