CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO, 95 - 376
( CANCELING THE PUBLIC SEARING FOR THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, CITY VIEW ACRES 2ND UNIT
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Lot 190
Block 2, City View Acres 2nd Unit; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a moority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
VAMUtEAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for July 11, 1995 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of July 11, 1995; and
WHEREAS, all property owners 4acent to the proposed vacation were duly notifted by mail;
and
WHEREAS, ager explaining to the petitioner that the easements were necessary for Northern
t State Power's existing lines and common line drainage, the petitioner has requested his petition be
withdrawn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: the public hearing for the projected vacation of drainage and
utility easements scheduled for 7:00 p.m. July 11, 1995 be canceled.
Adopted by the City Council on July 11, 1995.
