CTTY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95-375
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted an ordinsace restricting the use
of snowmobiles on City strata; and
WHEREAS, in Resolution 95-76, the City Council adopted a petition process
for citizens to request a residential street be approved for snowmobiles; and
WHEREAS, the process requires petitions to be submitted by April 1 of each
year, or the first business day thereafter, with Council review for a meeting in June;
and
WHEREAS, the City's Snowmobile Task Force has requested a change in the
petition deadline for 1995 from April l to August 31 and waiver of this deadline would
require petitions approved by the Task Force be scheduled for Council review in
November of 1995.
NOW, 'IHIMEFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that it allows a change in the petition
deadline from April l to August 1, for 1995 and after Task Force review, approved
petitions will be forwarded for Council review at the first regular Council meeting in
October, 1995.
