CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 374
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has adopted an ordinance restricting the use of
snowmobiles on City streets; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance provides for the opening of a city street through a petition
process showing consent of at least 70% of the affected households; and
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from households on 32nd Avenue North
between Medicine Lake and Union Terrace Lane, and such petition has been verified and
meets the 70% requirement; and
WHEREAS, the City's Snowmobile Task Force has met and recommends approval of
the requested trail, and staff also recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE a rY OF PLYMOUTH, that it designates the foregoing residential road for snowmobile
use pursuant to Section 1325.03, subd 2 (a) of the City Code.
