RESOLUTION No. 95 - 371
DELETIlKG PENDING ASSESSMENTS
1994 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 401
WHEREAS, after a public improvement hearing, the City Council established pending
assessments against adjacent property on Vicksburg Lane from Schmidt LAC Road to county
Road 47 as part of the 1994 Street Reconstruction Prognun; and
WHEREAS, the improvements have been completed; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the recommendation of the engineer, the reconstruction
improvements do not extend the life of the roadway an additional 20 years; and
WHEREAS, this 20 year extension of life is one of the recommendations for assessments as part
of the Sine! Reconstruction Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNWOTA: That the pending assessments against properties on Vicksburg
Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to County Road 47, as part of the 1994 Street Reconstruction
Program, aro deleted and farther that there will be no special assessments as a result of said
1 program.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1995.
