RESOLUTION 9S - 369
RELEASING SITE Il*IP'ROVEWENT PERFOP.MANCE GUARANTEE
PRIME BUILDERS, INC./PLYMOUTH GREEN VHJ AS (93091)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 93-605 approved on October
04, 1993, for Prime Builders, Inc., developer of Plymouth Green Villas (93091), has
agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability ;
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, SORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Cash in the amount of $2,350.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Plymouth Green Villas.
