RELEASING SITE IMMOVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
RYAN COMPANIESIWALGREENS
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Resolution 91-277 approved on May 21,
1991, for Ryan Companies developer of Walgreens (91019), has agreed to install
certain site improvements for said developme t; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed replacement and winter survivability of the
landscaping and
WHEREAS, upon not -.v from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Bond in the amount of $3,365.00. which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Walgreens.
