HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-365CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 95. 365 • 1 • • •' :• A:1 11: •' '•':t• WHBRBAS, an application has been filed by Leonard Zemke which requests approval of a Lot Division to divide a parcel of land generally located at 4395 Juneau Lane North, legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the Lot Division/Consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THMWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, 1VIINNES07A, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Division subject to the following conditions: 1. No building permits shall be issued until the Lot Division is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 2. Park dedication fee for one residential lot shall be submitted prior to filing of the Lot Division with Hennepin County. 3. Submittal of drainage and utility easement documents as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing of the Lot Division with Hennepin County. 4. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 5. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 7. That the required buffer from the low quality wetland (drainage ditch) be demarcated with City approved signage prior to issuance of building permits. Members present: Wold, Lymangood, Helliwell, Granath, Edson, Tierney Members absent: Anderson Documents Attached: Minutes of said meeting (pages): MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED PROJECT and RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON AND GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO A HOUSING BOND PROGRAM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF REFUNDING BONDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $9,500,000; AND AUTHORIZING. THE PREPARATION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting recording officer of the public corporation referred to in the title of this certificate, certify that the documents attached hereto, as described above, have been carefully compared with the original records of the corporation in my legal custody, from which they have been transcribed; that the documents are a correct and complete transcript of the minutes of a meeting of the governing body of the corporation, and correct and complete copies of all resolutions and other actions taken and of all documents approved by the governing body at the meeting, insofar as they relate to the obligations; and that the meeting was duly held by .tie governing body at the time and place and was attended throughout by the members indicated above, pursuant to call and notice of such meeting given as required by law.
