WiINREAS, Carlson Real Estate Company Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan
Amendment for a Proof of Parking Pian at The Tile Shop, located at the cortheast
corner of Carlson Parkway and 1-494; and
WHEREAS, the parking indicated in the Proof of Parking Plan meets the City's
Standards;
NOW, THHREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY T:18 CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. for a Site Nan Amendment for a
Proof of Parking Plan at The Tire Shop, located at the northeast corer of Carlson
Parkway and I-494, subject to the following conditions:
1. This Site Plan Amendment is for approval of a Proof of Parking Plan, as shown
on the Plans received by the City on June 12, 1995. This Plan allows deferred
insratlation of 23 of the 92 parking spaces for this site.
2. The property owner shall reserve and maintain the area indicated as Proof of
Parking as open green space, and shall install the 23 deferred parking spaces
when so eirected by the City.
3. Compliance w'lh Resolution No. 95-271, except Ps amended by this resolution.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1995.
