VAMMEAS, the City Council approved Resolution 93-518 setting conditions for the
Sugar Hills 2nd Addition and item 14.12 in the Development Contracts of Sugar Hills
2nd and 3rd Additions;
NOW, INEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend
Resolution 93-518 to delete condition number 12, revise condition number 13 and
revise Development Contract item 14.12 for Sugar Hills 2nd Addition and
Development Contract item 14.12 Sugar Hills 3rd Addition to read as follows:
13. Building permits may be issued for Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 2, prior to
completion of the curb and gutter provided the developer acquires signed
acknowledgments from the new property owners regarding the construction of
County Road 9.
1.4.12 The ownership of Lots 13, 14 and 15, Block 2 do not have to remain with the
developer until after the curb and gutter is constructed on adjacent County Road
9. Building permits may be issued for these lots prior to the completion of the
curb and gutter provided the developer acquires signed acknowledgments from
the new property owners regarding the construction of County Road 9.

14.12 The ownership of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1; Lots 1 and 2, Block 2; Lots 1 and 21
Block 3; and Lott 1 and 2, Block 4 do not have to remain with the developer
until after curb and gutter is constructed on adjacent County Road 9. Building
permits may be issued for these lots prior to the completion of the curb and
gutter provided the developer acquires signed acknowledgments from the new
property owners regarding the construction of County Road 9 and that
transitional screening and berming shall be provided by the developer.
