CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 358
APPROVAL OF ONE MLTLTI-PURPQSE TRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of one Multi -
Purpose Tractor for the City of Plymouth.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the State Statue, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and the bid proposals were received and opened on May 31, 1995 and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
Bidder Purchase Price with Tr de & Sales T Y
Scharber & Sons $21,968.22
Greenway Implement $21,182.85
Trueman Welter, Inc. $23,696.25
NOW, THLREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Greenway Implement, Inc, is
{ declared the lowest responsible bidder for a multi-purpose tractor and accepts their bid in the
amount of $21,182.85 including trade in and sales tax.
FURTHER, that the funding is as follows: 602-602-921-569-000
