RECEIVING PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PREi.MMARY REPORT
12TH AVENUE AND ADJACENT AREA
STREET AND UTILITY &MOVENTIS
CITY PROJECT NO. 523
WK13RBAS, a petition hes been received requesting the City to make improvements to
12th Avenue and adjacent area by the installation of 7 ton bituminous streets with
concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage facilities, and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such project will be assessed for all or a portion of
the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THHREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements on
12th Avenue ,ind the adjacent area be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and
( Assoc., Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council
with all convenient speed by advising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such
an improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1995.
