WAYZATA HIGH SCHOOL NORTH PROPERTY LME
CITY PROJECT NO. 50
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted April 19, 1995 a
report has been prepared by StrgarRoscoe-Fausch, Inc. with respect to improvements
to Peony Lane from Highway 55 to the north property line of the approved Waynta
High School; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the construction of Peony Lane by the
installation of a 74 foot wide bituminous sheet, concrete curb and gutty, stony sewer,
grade separated railroad crossing, trunk watermain, 8 foot wide bituminous tail and all
necessary appurtenances; and
VAMEAS, acid report is being received by the Council on June 20, 1995.

1. The Council will consider the improvement of such project in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting and
adjacent property along Peony Lane for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of $5,077,000.
2. A public hearing shall be bold on such proposed improvement on the
18th day of July, 1995 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Cleric
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
