RESOLUTION NO. 95-351
AWARDING THE CONTRACT TO MSA CONSULTING ENGlN]EM FOR A
SUMP PUMP EDUCATION AND INSPECTION PROGRAM
WHEREAS9 the City has received three proposals to provide for a Sump Pump
Education and Inspection program for 1000 homes.
WHEREAS, MSA Consulting Engineers were the lowest cost bidder with sufficient
experience in inspection programs.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into a contract for education and inspection
services in order to complete the first phase of the Sump Pump Education and
Inspection Program;
NOW, TMW"ORE, BE IT HMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized
to enter into a contract with MSA Consulting Engineers in the amount not the exceed
$389100 in accordance with the specifications of the contract and funding for the
program will be from the sewer fund.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1995.
