RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 345
APPROVING SAFETY FENCING AT BASEBALL FIELDS
WHEREAS, the Youth Baseball Associations have requested additional safety fencing at
various sites throughout the community, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department has reviewed said request and finds it to be
a justifiable need, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed said request and
recommended approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to procoed with the installation of safety fencing at eight ballfields throughout the
community with the funding to be taken from park dedication account 218-218.
