RESOLUTION NO. 9S- 344
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON
TRAIL SEGMENTS
WHBRBAS, the citizens of Plymouth voted to approve a $2.2 million bond referendum on
May 239 1995, and
WHEREAS, said bond referendum called for the development of 19 segments of trail
throughout the community, and
WHEREAS, feasibility reports are required on said trails to determine final locations and
alignments,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDM SOTA, that the City's consulting engineer, Strgar-Roscoe-
Fausch, is authorized to begin preparing feasibility reports on trail segments as approved in the
May 23, 1995, bond referendum, and further, the consultant shall begin the construction
documents on four sections of trail approved in 1994.
