RESOLUTION No. 9S- 341
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR WEST SUBURBAN OTA
DEER HUNTERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by West
Suburban Chapter/Minnesota Deer Hunters Association for raffles to be conducted on
August 18, 1995.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for West Suburban Chapter/Minnesota
Deer Hunters Association for an event to be conducted at Hamel VFW, 19020 Hamel Road,
on August 18, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City hereby waives the 30 day waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on June 20, 1995.
