RESOLLMON NO. 95- 335
APPROVING ON -SMILE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE AND
WINE LICENSE FOR TROUPE AMMCA, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for on -sale 3.2 liquor license and wine liar
from Troupe America Inc., and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates,
and
WHEREAS, a public bearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
lice.
NOW THMtBFORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 liquor license and wine license are hereby approved for Troupe America, Inc.,
2705 Annapolis Lane. The on -sale 3.2 liquor license shall be issued for the period through
June 30, 1996, and the wine license shall be issued for the period through January 31, 1996.
Approved by the City Council on June 6, 1995.
