RESOLUTION NO. 95- 333
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.3
CITY CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT NO. 126
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared for the City Center Expansion Project
providing for changes as outlined, and
WHEREAS, these changes will improve the operational effectiveness of the building, and
WHEREAS, these changes will not impact on the completion schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTHp MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 3 for the City Qenter
Expansion Project No. 126 for Lund Martin Construction is approved in the amount of
$80,921 and increases of total construction costs to $2,906,675. The total project
authorization shall remain at $3,683,644 with a balance of $31,793.
