RESOLUTION 93 - 329
STTE RUMOVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
WEST HEALTH CAMPUS (93068)
WHBREAS, in accordance with the site plan and resolution 93465 approved on
August 29, 1994, for West Suburban Health Campus joint venture (93068)., has agreed
to install certain site improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the landscaping and winter survivability ;
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
and the fbUo%:ng requirements remain:
» Replacement of landscaping and winter survivability of that landscaping.
As -Built utility plan submitted
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $31,250.00 reduction of the letter of credit which was submitted to guarantee cite
improvements for West Health Campus in the amount of $34,250.00 to a new total
guarantee of $3,000.00.
