RESOLUTION 95 - 328
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
BOULDER RIDGE 3RD ADDITION (93013)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the final plat and development contract resolution 93-
141 & 93-142 approved on March 15, 1993, for Krutzig Homes, Inc., developer of
Boulder Ridge 3rd Addition (93013), has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the landscaping and winter
survivability ;
and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
and the following requirements remain:
M Installation and winter survivability of remaining landscaping.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $3,374.00 reduction of the letter of credit which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Boulder Ridge 3rd Addition in the amount of $6,748.00 to a new
total guarantee of $3,374.00.
