AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEM PION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
HENNEPIN COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
COUNTY ROAD 9 EMI ROVENICNT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT No, 402;
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT No. 8424
WHEREAS, Hennepin County Department of Public Works proposes to fill 0.197 acres of Type 3
wetlands to reconstruct 1.17 miles of road in Plymouth between Polaris Lane and I494; and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under Exemption 16,
activities associated with repairs, rehabilitation or replacement of existing public roads.
NOW, nMRBFORB, BB IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 'nM CITY COUNCIL OF Th$ CM OF
PLYMOUTH, MINMOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Certificate of Exemption
Form for County Road 9 Improvement Project.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1995,
