RESOLUTION NO. 95 -322
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
ORCHARDS OF PLYMOUTH ADDITION
WHRREAS, pursaant to a resolution of the Council adopted June 6, 1995 a report his
been prepared by the City Engineer with refare= to the improvement of Orchards of
Plymouth Addition by the installation of ornamental residential strut lights and this
report was received by the Council on June 6, 1995.
NOWo 111MWOR1% BE IT EMMY RESOLVED 150y THE CrrY COUNCIL OF
THE CM OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property -within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted June 6, 1995. The petitioners have waived their right
to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1995.
