DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPALRATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING
ORCHARDS OF PIMMOUTH ADDITION
WHIMEAS, a petition has been received from Chuck Dillerud on behalf of Abingdon
Development Corporation, the developer, requesting installation of ornamental
residential street lighting in Orchards of 1-tymouth Addition.

1. A certain petition requl•Aft the improvement of Orchards of Plymouth Addition by
the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council
on June 6, 1995 is hereby declired to be signed by the required parcentage of
owners of property affected there oy. This declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100°6 of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public im-srovement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1995.
