ORDERING PUBLIC SEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTEUTY EASE11 CM
LOT 19, BLACK 2
CITY VIEW ACRES 2ND UNIT
WHEREAS, pxmmt to M.S.A. 412.851, Earl Jenson has petitioned the City Council
for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements:
The South five (5) feet, front and rear, of Lot 19, and the Easterly ten
(10) feet of Lot 19, Block 2, City View Acres 2nd Unit, according to the
plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for said County.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order,
( NOW, THEREFORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CrrY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of July 11, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
