APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
267H AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 601
WilMUM, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional quantities for the extension of the existing 42" culvert at the
intersection of Lancaster Lane and 26th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 26th Avenue Improvements, City Project No.
601, is recommended for approval.
NOW, THERBFORE, BE IT HERBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for 26th Avenue, City
Project No. 601, by adding $4,485.00 is approved:
