RESOLUTION 95-319
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
1995 CRACK REPAIR PROGRAM
WIIERBAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the 1995 Crack
Repair Program and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
ASTE H Corporation $28,360.00
Bergman Companies 29,920.00
Bargen, Inc. 329960.00
Allied Blacktop 40,800.00
Tenson Construction, Inc. 45,600.00
WHEREAS; it appears that Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. of St. Cloud, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.

1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Asphalt Surface Technologies Corp. of St. Cloud, MN in the name of the
City of Plymouth for the 1995 Crack Repair Program according to the plans and
s^;ifrcations therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City
Cleric in the amount of $28,360.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized acid directed to return forthwith to all bidders and tha
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
