CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95-
ACCEPTING THE STAFF REPORT ON THE RESULTS OF THE HUD
MONITORING OF THE CITY'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
(CDBG) PROGRAM
WHEMU, the City of Plymouth has received CDBG funding from the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and
WHEREAS, HUD recotly completed a monitoring review of the City's expenditure of the
CDRO funds; and
WHiBt AS, staff have conveyed a report to the City Council on the favorable results of the
HUD review;
NOW, THMUWORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH , MINNESOTA that the report from staff is hereby received and filed as of this
date '
