WHEREAS, Michael Knutson has requested blanket approval of a Site Plan
Amendment to allow three -season porches for the ground -floor end units at Fernbrook
Manor Condominiums, located east of Fernbrook Lane at 44th Place North: and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval.
NOW, MREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Site Plan Amendment for Fernbrook Manor, subject to the following conditions:
1. This Site Plan Amendment is. for blanket approval to allow condominium
owners to construct a 12 -foot by 14400t three -season porch on the patio at the
rear of the ground -floor end units for each building, as shown on the plans
dated April 3, 1995.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. Compliance with Resolution 88-385, except as amended by this resolution.
4. Compliance with the Building Code, including the requirement for a building
permit, for each porch.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1995.
