WIRERBAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a duly called public hearing regarding an
amendment to the Plymouth Comprehensive Plan, to add the following trail segmenta to the
Sidewalk/Trail System Plan:
• Medina Road from Dunkirk Lane to Highway 101
• Old Rockford Road from Polaris Lane to Peony Lane
• Northwest Boulevard from 30th Avenue to Highway 55
• 10th Avenue from South Shore Drive to Revere Lane
• South Shore Drive from 10th Avenue to the proposed Luce Line Trail

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the report of the City staff and the City's
traffic consultant regarding such Sidewalh/Thil System Plan Amendment, and recommends
approval.
NOW THBRBFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does amend the
Sidewalk/Tmil System Plan of the Plymouth Comprehensive Plan to add five trail segments, in
accordance with the plans for File 95028.
FURTHER, approval of this amendment to the Sidewalk/Trail System Plan of the
Comprehensive Plan is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review and response of
the Metropolitan Council.
Adopted by the City Council on June 6, 1995.
