CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 95 - 309
APPROVING PUD PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USP. PERMIT TO
ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF A CELLULAR ANTENNA AT WEST SUBURBAN
HEALTH CAMPUS, 2855 CAMPUS DRIVE (95046)
WHEREAS, Cellular One has requested approval of a PUD Plan Amendment and
Conditional Use Permit for a 125 -foot high cellular antenna (monopole t� .;) to be
located at Lot 1, Block 1, West Suburban Health Campus Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CTI'Y COUNCIL OF
THE C117Y OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Cellular One for a PUD Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit at
West Suburban Health Campus, subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for a 125 -foot high antenna structure and related equipment
building, pursuant to the application dated April 7, 1995 and the revised plans
dated May 1, 1995
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. No signage shall be permitted relative to this cellular antenna use.
4. Compliance with all applicable Fire Code regulations and requirements.
S. Compliance with the Tree Preservation Policy.
6. A curb cut and access drive be constructed pursuant to City standards.
7. Not more than nine antennas shall be placed on the antenna structure.
8. An easement for access to the antenna site must be flied prior to issuance of
building permits.
