RESOLUTION NO. 95- 304
CERTQ+MG RESULT'S OF MAY 23,1995 SPECIAL CITY ELECTION
WHEREAS, a Special Election was held on May 23, 1995, in the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota; and
Wi;iBRBAS, a governing body is required to meet to certify the results of a local
question within two days after the election; and
WHEREAS, this Council has canvassed the results by precinct of said Special Election;
NOW, TH13REFOREt BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLTNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, ItIINNESOTA, that it is hereby found and determined
that at the Special Election held in the City of Plymouth, May 23, 1995, to vote on the
following question:
