CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 303
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EIi35'1VIMON FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
WHEREAS, the owners of Plymouth Ponds propose to fill wetlands for the construction
of a facility on Highway 55 and Medina Road at County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, fulling will take place within a Type 3 Wetland, identified as Basin No. 6 in
the Wetland Replacement Application; and
WHEREAS, the filling of the wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption No. 10, actions by public entities that were taken for a purpose other than
creating the wetland.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCM OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, hUNNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Brad Moen, Moen Leuer Construction, Inc.
Adopted by the City Council on May 16, 1995.
