vWN EAS, Janco Inc. has requested a Land Use Guide Plan Amendment from CL
(Limited 2usineu) and IA -1 Uw Density Residential) to CR -1 (Retail Shopping) and
LA -3 t'lligh Medium Den3ity Residential) for property located at the southeast comer
of Old Rockford Road and Peiony Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NO'W, THBIWORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CITY CC'1NCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the roclassWication of land use guiding for Janco Inc, for approximately 38.9 acres
from CS and LA -1 to CR -1 and LA -3 -
FURTHER, approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and
subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council prior to
t`unalization of the amendment.
