HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1995-298CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 95 - 298 STAFF DIRECTION REGARDING DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON CIIANNEL NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND PONDING ArtEAS IN AUTUMN HIUS ADDITION WiI &.S, concerns have been raised concerning the existing drainage channel and its maintenance from approximately the intersection of Xene Lane and County Road 9 northerly to the area where easements have been granted to the City as part of North Fork, Fawn Creek, and GoNview Estates Additions; and WHEREAS, concerns have also been raised whether the holding ponds required within the Autumn Hills Addition have been constructed in accordance with the requiltlments of the consttuction plans and the plat approval. ` 1:1' ••� 1:1 a� 1: • N is CITY OF PLYMOUTH,11 : i 1. The Engineering staff is directed to examine the holding ponds within the Autumn Hills Subdivision to determine if they are storing water as intended as part of the coretruction plans and approvals. If the ponds are not functioning correctly, the developer shall be given notice for revisions to conform with the approvals. 2. The Englinring statf is directed to enter into negotiations to acquL-e easements over the ex;sting drainage channel from County Road 9 northerly to the area where easements have been granted as part of the North Fork, Fawn Creek, and Golfviow Estates Additions. 3, ThL staff shall report to the City Council on the ponds in Autumn Hills Addition and the acquisition of drainage easements.
