CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 95- 297
APPROVING CITY BUILDINGS CLEANING CONTRACT
WHEREAS, City buildings require cleaning for normal operations, and
WEMMEAS, these funds are budgeted for in the annual budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from three vendors, and
WHEREAS, Haugen Building Maintenance Inc. has submitted the lowest monthly bid and is
an acceptable qualified bidder,
NOW, THEREFOI:E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase frons H -Auger Building Maintenance Inc., 7875 Cheshire Lane North, Maple Grove,
MN 55311, cleaning services as per specifications for $4,550.00 per month for the next 12
months beginning June 1, 1995.
Adopted by the City Council on May 160 1995.
